Feeds 4-6 as an appetizer and will include a seasonal mix of 2-3 cheeses, 2-3 cured meats, a variety of fresh and dried fruits, nuts, pickles or olives, jams and/or honey. Crackers packaged separately to ensure freshness.
Keep refrigerated until 30-45 minutes prior to serving, discard any uneaten food that has been at room temperature longer than 4 hours. Consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
